Liberate your soul, unleash your power
I’m Madeleine - a leadership mentor, mother, artist, and spiritual rebel.
I’ve spent the last 10+ years leading operations and scaling mission-driven businesses - sitting shoulder to shoulder with founders and CEOs, solving real problems in fast-growth environments.
But behind the spreadsheets and strategy decks, I saw the same pattern on repeat: women running on empty, disconnected from their bodies, sacrificing their wellbeing for the vision, and calling it ‘empowerment’.
I’ve lived it too.
That’s why my work is both strategic and spiritual. I draw on operational excellence, nervous system healing, feminine embodiment, and ancient technologies like Kundalini and Tantra to support women who are ready to lead differently.
This isn’t about stepping back. It’s about stepping into your most powerful, resourced self.
Join me to reclaim your full, unapologetic feminine power.

What is “feminine leadership”, anyway?
Something I noticed in my own “girlboss” era -
as the only woman in the C-suite of Australia’s fastest growing company, TripADeal - was that despite the many wonderful advances of feminism, in most companies today, the language of power is still masculine. If a woman wants to lead, she attains power by emphasising traditionally masculine traits. She becomes more logical, assertive, decisive, competitive; and less sensitive, intuitive and mystical.
In this paradigm, having a female body is a liability. And so, we learn to sever the connection with the deeper, wilder, more mysterious parts of self.
We learn to override. To push through. To keep up. We wear a masculine suit of armour and call it empowerment.
Playing this game left me exhausted, hollow and spiritually starving.
It set me on a path of deep seeking, and descent into truth, where all that was false burnt away. In the darkness, I faced myself fully.
It was a profound reckoning.
Now, I advocate for a new form of feminine leadership.
A new era of feminism, if you will.
One where we start not by clamouring loudly outwards for system change, but by sinking softly back and down, into our wild, wise female bodies.
This is the inner work that fuels the outer work.
This is the 21st century temple where we take radical responsibility for the ways we continue to oppress ourselves. Internalised patriarchy. Inherited shame. Low self worth. Weak boundaries. The centuries-old fear of being “too much”.
Where we stop trying to compete with men, and embody the fullness of our feminine power instead.
