For 10+ years I have worked as an “Integrator” in GM/COO roles alongside visionary CEOs: I’m the person who translates the vision into a deliverable roadmap, and brings it to life.

I’m also trained in powerful energetic and embodiment practices including Tantra, Kundalini yoga and somatics; working with the body and brain to release the blocks holding you back.

Because of the depth and breadth of my experience as a generalist, I am extremely agile and can “hotspot” into the areas of your business operations most needing attention.
