I teach Kundalini yoga to help people come home to themselves.

This practice changed my life. It helped me rebuild after burnout, rewire my nervous system, and reconnect with my voice — both literal and spiritual. My classes blend traditional Kundalini kriyas with music, mantra, and movement medicine drawn from years as a singer, speaker, and somatic guide.

Kundalini yoga is often misunderstood — but when taught well, it’s one of the fastest ways to move stagnant energy, build internal strength, and ignite creative power.

This isn’t about flexibility or handstands. It’s about rhythm, breath, sensation, and reclaiming the body as your deepest source of wisdom.

What to expect

Join me in the stillness of the early morning for Soul Sadhanaa deeply devotional two-hour practice rooted in the Kundalini yoga tradition, including:

  • The Japji Sahib— an ancient Sikh prayer, recited aloud

  • Dynamic kriya — physical sequences to challenge body & mind

  • Breathwork & holds — awaken the internal fire

  • Tribal & deep house beats — create rhythm, trance & release

  • Live mantra chanting — accompanied by harmonium, in the tradition of early morning kirtan

  • Energy clearing & somatic strength — to feel clear, alive, and empowered
